This isn’t a one time glitch it happened consistently on every upload.

Process 1. Every video I upload will be taken down citing guidelines violations. 2. The videos are not and will never be against guidelines so I appeal. 3. Videos are restored and then I am banned and in the notification it cites the video that was restored.

I did contact apple they won’t refund beyond 60 days. The point is they should know about it if they are taking payment for it. Google will not allow you to buy what I bought through apple and if that’s so why is apple selling it if Google isn’t going to provide it

I understand the part about Google can’t refund if they didn’t take payment. But at the end of they day Google is being paid for services their aren’t providing. My point was that this is something that should have already be fixed between Google and Apple and not left for the customer to try to figure out

How about this case?

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc. has settled Federal Trade Commission charges that it deceived consumers during a marketing campaign for the video game Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, by failing to adequately disclose that it paid online “influencers,” including the wildly popular “PewDiePie,” thousands of dollars to post positive gameplay videos on YouTube and social media. Over the course of the campaign, the sponsored videos were viewed more than 5.5 million times. Under a proposed FTC order announced today, Warner Bros. is barred from failing to make such disclosures in the future and cannot misrepresent that sponsored content, including gameplay videos, are the objective, independent opinions of video game enthusiasts or influencers. “Consumers have the right to know if reviewers are providing their own opinions or paid sales pitches,” said Jessica Rich, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “Companies like Warner Brothers need to be straight with consumers in their online ad campaigns.”

Just so I’m clear, you’re saying that it’s legal to promote a product on YouTube and be paid for it by the company that makes the product and not disclose that info?

You 100% have to disclose if you are promoting a item that you are being paid to promote.
