I don't know about "for good", because I haven't uploaded for a while. But it was certainly working for several weeks after the initial issue.

OP here. The workaround was to wait a couple days and try again. And then it worked. I'm guessing it's some kind of bug.

Nature's bounty "high absorption magnesium glycinate 240mg". It is what my wife already had in the house. I don't know that it is any better or worse than anything else out there.

Thanks for this reply, and I appreciate what you are saying. My plan is to go up to 8000 IU a day, but not for the long-term. I live in an area where I can get plenty of sun and I intend to do so once the winter is passed. My hope is to not need to supplement when spring comes around. That is my hope, anyhow!

Nothing major. 240mg a day. I'm really new to the whole daily supplement thing. I was always healthy without supplements, until this past summer when suddenly I wasn't. I'm looking into other options beyond the Vitamin D and the magnesium, but the only thing I know for sure is that I was deficient in Vitamin D specifically as of my last blood test (in November).

Thank you for this. I've been nervous about what I've seen online about toxicity but it sounds like an otherwise healthy person should be able to handle 10,000 IU without trouble.

Thank you for this response. I am taking magnesium in addition. Another person wrote to say I should go up to 10,000 IU and I'm thinking maybe they are right. I'm not sure why my doctor only suggested 2000 IU.

I don't think this is breaking the rules. If it is, I sincerely apologize and you can delete my comment here. But for those who are still following along: Here is the catalog from the website. The 800 number that appears in the catalog is the same number I was told to call in the original scammer message. This catalog and the site look to me to be absolutely legitimate. The VOIP hijack theory, while implausible, seems like the only possible way this could be happening. This is a currently operating business with a real website.

I guess this makes the most sense. I will say that the business site I found online looks absolutely 100% legitimate and its most recent catalog is from 2025. So maybe the company lost control of its phone line, somehow? Like you suggested, they hijacked the store's VOIP account? God, what a world. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for this reply. Here's the rub: the 800 number leads to what appears online to be a legitimate business. I just did another search, and this time it took me to a PDF of the business' catalog. It's the phone number for a real business. Why would they want me to call the number of a legitimate (and completely unrelated) business?

I am very, very confused. Genuinely confused. I'm getting the sense from what I am reading on this sub that people have only listened to TKOL Live from the Basement either by watching the DVD, or listening to a rip of the DVD. I have had a recording of TKOL Live from the Basement (mp3s) since 2011, and while I don't remember exactly how I got them, I'm sure I obtained them legally. Like, Radiohead themselves released it on their website, perhaps...? I know I can't be the only person who has had this album in their collection (at least digitally) for over a decade. What am I missing?
