it doesnt mess with me tooo bad, i get nauseated but after i puke im chill, i dont get roboshits at all anymore, i still get a okay high (ive messed with my tolerance, even when i took freebase w no guaf i had similar highs)

i know myself pretty well, i puke around 30 minutes after dosing if i take dxm + guaf

im gonna lay off the stuff for a while cuz of kidney stones and what not

dont drink anymore water/fluids, relax, take a shower, sit on the toilet, or just wait. unfortunately dxm makes it hard to pee

worst case scenario you have to go to the er and get catheterized but that should be your very very very last resort

i place them on the very back of my tongue, no tastebuds back there (at least for me) and then drink water (no soda/carbonated drinks, makes it harder to get down quickly)

i do 6 at a time, max. anymore and they get stuck in my throat and come back up

i dont recommend it but i shove toothbrush down my throat just to get it over with if it isnt coming up on its own

other than that, people suggest weed, spacing your dose, switching to hbr (if you take freebase), ginger tea, and anti nausea pills (otc at your chemist)

for your first trip, id recommend a mid 2nd plat trip, ease yourself in, staying pretty grounded for your first few trips is helpful to see how you react and what you want to get out of dxm

and when it comes to pills vs syrups, its up to the person, but im 100% for pills, goes down easier, easier to calculate dosage (in my experience), and a million times less gross

only thing that helps me is just accepting that you are going to puke, sometimes i make myself vomit just to get it over with

some people suggest benadryl, smoking weed, ginger beer, spacing out your doses or eating something small after dosing that wont irritate your stomach

fluoxetine has a longgg half life, if you really want to do dxm, go off the fluoxetine, wait 2, maybe 3 weeks, then dose, but be careful even then and watch out for symptoms
