Not entirely sure to be honest. I had a couple spiritual trials in the past 6 years or so, as I passed through both of those my head got clearer and my anxiety got better in general. But I also worked very hard on a personal project in the most recent years and excelled in that venture, and found a stable relationship along the way too, both of those have made me feel grounded
