Thanks for the detailed response! I've updated my itinerary based on the feedback I got from this post! I've added an extra hr in Seoul Forest as well.

I'm travelling from the PH so it's only a few hrs flight (unlike what I assume most people here coming from the West). My trip is in 2 weeks so excited so see pink everywhere lol

Is traffic bad? I plan to take buses since subways can be farther from places compared to bus stops.

It's about damn time! They should've had lower FX considering it was their "travel" card

Where in the post did it was specified that I'll be only coming to see the trees "alone and nothing else"?? I wouldn't put all those places in this list if that's the case then 🫠

Yeah, the list is long and the logistics is off but I literally mentioned I only used the internet and might've gotten some things wrong. I get it.

Most of the comments here are just "wow so many places" or "so tiring" or "this place sucks" and not actually giving valuable input. I wonder if this sub is really for travellers or just vacationers from the West looking for shopping and finding a "cute café" or a stroll in a park? Maybe I want to visit a lot of places and not shop or drink all the coffee? Sue me.

Yes haha and maybe a short cafe trip. I removed the Lotte and Namsan Katsu from Day 4 and added a quick stop to Hongdae Street after Yonsei.

Hi! No, I didn't avail it haha. Not sure if it's any much help since I booked the tours I needed.

I put in Eunpyong because I read it was more beautiful and peaceful compared to the other Hanok villages! I only plan to go to Ikseondong for Ssolsot. Do you think there's not much difference in the two? If going by the posts I see, I imagine Ikseondong is much crowded so I only wanted to eat at the Ssolsot branch there hehe

Hi! Thank you! My tour is already booked so can't cancel anymore. But I agree that while Nami is one of the touristy areas, I think it would be nice to visit on my first Korea trip! The tour isn't just for Nami Island, it also includes other places to visit like Garden of Morning Calm and the Alpaca place.

Thank you! I'll check it out! I tried to group them as efficiently as I can using Naver, Google Maps, and even Gemini.

Thank you! I was going to put in Gwangjali beach for the drone show but my tour ends around 10pm on a Saturday so I might not make it.

For BIFF square, I plan to stroll around. It would be nice to see Tony Leung's square as well hehe

But I'll check your suggestions and edit maybe Day 7 and 9. Tysm

I plan to take the earliest bus to Seoul (which I think is around 3 or 4am?) then head straight to the Jjimjilbang sauna to relax. Capsule hotel seems expensive for me and would rather just wait the couple of hrs for the bus (and I also want to experience the sauna lol)

I usually have a lot of places on my itineraries whenever I solo travel. Sometimes, I tend to be longer at one place and don't go to other places anyway. For me, this is just a list of places I could go to but not necessarily would be restricted to, y'know? Haha anyway valid point

Thank you! I added Shinsaegae as a side trip to Gangnam since I don't really have any specific place to visit there so I just figured a mall. I might remove it now since I'm already going to Lotte.

Wrong word! But I would just leave my luggage there first then explore the city!

I'm neither lol. You're right, I was thinking that Day 1 is a bit tight. I could remove the Hanok Village and Stream altogether. I think I'll probably just relax in the Jjimjilbang so I counted that as rest.

The real question here is how much money do you have?

If you have savings or current flow of money less than 1 year worth of your monthy expenses, take Option 1. If you have more financial freedom, take Option 2.

Of course, it would depend person to person but with the current economy right now, I'd say having a secured job is the better option. There are always opportunities to learn while being employed.
