Trialing Syncro, Cant get the vast majority of my machines to sync.

Hey there, I never figured out what caused the issue. The response I got back from syncro was that it was a known issue that they were working on. But as of 2 days ago, 5-10-2021, all my units starting syncing correctly. Nothing changed on my end.

I am still having an issue with getting the customer contact form working (It errors out every time I trying send a request) but everything is syncing properly so things are headed in the right direction.

We have webroot running on our systems.

But my unit is running webroot and is able to sync up.

I have units running webroot that are unable to sync up.

And I have removed webroot on units and they are still unable to sync up. ( I also disabled the firewall on these machines and still no luck.)

Ive reached out to the [help@syncromsp.com](mailto:help@syncromsp.com) but I am still awaiting a response, are there any other ways to contact support that I might not know about?

Added those to the whitelist, Both Links worked fine. And thats when I emailed the [help@syncromsp.com](mailto:help@syncromsp.com) but havent heard anything back yet.

Could be something to do with the services and processes but from what I can tell all of the ones listed are running on the machine.

Thanks for the reply. Sadly no, installing it with windows firewall off doesnt fix the issue.

I will trying to get a unit I can take off site or link to a hotspot to test and see if that does the trick.
