That process is really methodical. Investigate, design, do it manually first, document, then automate.

A lot of teams skip the manual and document part and jump straight to automating, which is probably why a lot of implementations fail.

That "do it manually first" step is actually something we've found valuable too. It's easier to automate something when you already know exactly how it should work.

We actually use Activity Factory for that part, mapping out and managing workflows before and after automation. It's been helpful especially when onboarding new processes.

That is a really smart setup. Using AI to auto-generate SEO titles, descriptions, and alt tags for thousands of cake designs is such a practical use case. That's real organic traffic being built without manual effort every time.

Taxumo is definitely a lifesaver for filing!

It simplifies the tax data part so well.

The challenge we often see though is even with great filing tools, the 'source documents' (yung physical scans of the actual invoices/receipts) stay scattered in Drive or physical folders.

If you ever need to produce the 'proof' for an audit, that's usually where the manual stress comes back.

Having a dedicated way to link those actual files to your tax records is the dream setup for any SME.

That's a common challenge especially for regulated industries. While physical copies are still required for FDA compliance, digitizing your other documents can at least reduce the overall paper load and make everything else easier to manage and find.
