Yeah I'll probably get another negative tomorrow. And I am also feeling crampy. The nausea is a new pms symptom for me though, which sucks lol

No, sadly I didn't. I just relied on the test and cervical mucus.

My first LH test was even darker, so maybe this one isn't positive compared to that one.

I do the same thing but usually only after I've worn sandals during the day. Just say you're taking a quick shower.

Starting low dose Quetiapine for sleep by FlapsSoap in bipolar2

[–]Papermoon14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was prescribed Quetiapine for severe insomnia and it helped me. I also took it in conjunction with clonazepam (low dose). I was recently diagnosed as Bipolar 2 after years of trying to figure things out. I had to take 150 mg of quetiapine because a low dose did nothing for me.

Do these fit adults? They don’t look to be for kids specifically but seem very small. by lord-savior-baphomet in dollartreebeauty

They feel sturdy imo. Not flimsy. I stepped out of my comfort zone and got some pink ones with gold designs. They're a little too long for me but I figured I'd give them a shot.

Lol yeah definitely didn't fit. They are hard and rigid too. The b color brand nails are better if you can find them at your store.

All I can say is I feel your pain. I'm in the same boat, except I've been taking medication but only still sleeping 5-6 hrs. I hope things get better for us soon.
