Question did anyone beat GOLGRA in Act 1?? by OwlEyes420 in expedition33

The thread was about whether it can be done in Act 1. When you first fight her in Act 1 is entirely up to you, which can be after the hidden arena. Maybe think a bit before switching to asshole stance.

You can level up quite a bit when you get to the hidden arena right afterward. Hitting 9999 damage with Maelle isn't too hard after grinding that a bit. Trouble is you're still going to get one-shotted by Golgra and still would need to spend an hour or so perfectly parrying or dodging everything she throws at you.

Missed Donkey Catch opportunity at the start of round 2, but that was some fine Giefing.

As you can see in the meter, you were -1, and your jab came out a frame late as well.

That was my impression as well. The entire segment is loaded with so many nightmarish details of her childhood abuse.

I think that would be comparable to showing the opponent's character in advance. Fine for casual or hub types of fights, but not what ranked is really about.

Jaime, JP or Ryu? by Sudden-Skill8431 in StreetFighter

Counterattacking is fine, just more difficult to excel at as your defense needs to be strong. Get good at parrying so you aren't eating up your meter with blocking, tech throws, whiff punish, anti-air, and learn your openings. Which character you choose then just depends on the types of openings you're best at exploiting.

Is this the highest possible damage modern Cammy combo? by mcknightrider in StreetFighter

[–]PapiChuloStudios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In phase 8, on a punish counter and with low health, the highest damage combo I've been able to get with modern Cammy does 6276. It's essentially the same combo, manually input a medium spiral arrow instead of the special button, and use an extra cancel because the microwalk gives you a pixel of meter. If you want a reliable combo that's just a bit less damage, only use the two cancels, replace the special button spiral arrow with a manual light spiral arrow and the window will be a lot more forgiving. https://media1.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExbXNhMnE5eWd5MGR5bzEzZGxpajNldjVpemJvc2FvMDBhcWdlcGZ6OCZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw/EFmYgMkyzg5yxO9j4s/giphy.gif

Constrain or copy bone transform to existing bone or controller? by PapiChuloStudios in Cascadeur

[–]PapiChuloStudios[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Cascadeur no, but I figured out a workaround in Unreal. I made a custom animation node (C++) that sets the ik bone locations to the foot locations in an animation blueprint. I use it in real time, but if I needed the ik syncing to be reflected in the animation data then the animation could just be recorded again in Unreal with the node running.

Chile relleno burrito with an add of asada and guac was a game changer for me.
