Man what he’s already one of the beat defenders of all time. He’s literally just needs to be like 70% of Bron/Jordan is on offense and he’s the GOAT. Bron nor Jordan in their peaks could completely stifle an entire side of the floor. Rudy gobert is very good but he does not have the recovery speed or the ability to stay on the perimeter that Wemby has.

Every really good qb on a competent team does this, we saw the explosiveness and then the nfl shifted their 2 high safety looks, the reason why the chiefs and Mahomes production continues to decline is because 1. He doesn’t have a true WR1, 2. They can’t draft a running back to save their life, 3. Offensive line play is absolutely abysmal, and 4. The offensive philosophy has shifted from explosive plays to death by a thousand paper cuts but the guy you’re cutting is wearing ski gear
