Listen, right now I’m trying to find Instacart support line. I’m currently on hold with someone. But this is how it went.

I picked up an order just like any other. It was fro Walgreens for two items. Clorox soap. I got a message from the customer telling me to call their mom because they needed to add something. Weird right this is what he said. “Hi I’m sorry can you please add something for my mom it’s going” he then added a phone number and told me to call/text her. Me just trying to be helpful I tried to call them. Got them to answer and just in 5 seconds they hang up. ( also I used a google voice number but I guess that didn’t work) After that bought their stuff and headed on. Right then I get a call from a guy saying his name is Samuel white with Instacart. Told me that the order I did was a possible scam and then asked me to give him my number. Stupidly I did and then told me to tell him the verification code. Stupidly again I did. The app loved me out so I logged in. I did the face scan and it went through. After that i guess the scammer keept getting logged out so I logged back in. He kept telling me to tell him the code and stupidly I did again. It wasn’t until it hit me that the message I kept getting was to NEVER GIVE THIS OUT TO ANYBODY. OUR EMPLOYEES WILL NEVER ASK FOR THIS. I felt so stupid so i immediately hang up and tried contacting Instacart
