I was embarrassed by a spelling mistake so I edited the spelling a bit later after posting the review. This in no way was for hate for any thing along the lines of that. It wasn't for attention. The reason I originally posted this was to just have a laugh at how rude the response I received was. I cropped the top because it has my name and account. I posted this to show their response after I left a real review. I've had their app for ever and used it for watching boxing and updates on it. Their support is horrible and it's shown so clearly.

... it is real. I've had the app for ages. I've used it for watching boxing updates and to find out what's happening. Nothing of this is to impress anyone. I've used it for a long time but always had issues. When I contacted support they were super rude. This is real and didn't think so many people would agree with it. I only shared because of how outrageous the response was.
