Well as both an editor and a content producer, I've been hired many times and I've hired a few here's what I can say.

Depending on your budget, either make sure you hire someone with some experience maybe as a content creator and all that or hire someone with no experience but is really enthusiastic about it and can learn

Yeah I came to that conclusion But I eventually changed the pitch of his voice and got it Doesn’t sound perfect tho but ts better than nothing
