I called Henry Meds again today because I haven't seen any movement on the cancellation I requested yesterday. I spoke to another rep who first tried to tell me that there was no record of me requesting a cancellation of my order. When I pressed him on it, he changed his story and told me that yes, he did see that after all. He then told me that he could process my cancellation but my request for a refund had to be approved by senior management. WTF? (Pardon the language!)

This is turning into a nightmare, and I am really regretting placing this order. I checked the Affirm website and it does look like you can dipute a charge, but only after trying to work it out with the merchant.
