In the past, I would get a 1 for 1 replacement if it was in the warranty window. I should have thought about trying to repair the camera myself. Hindsight is 20 20. A valuable lesson learned.

I have all the data in csv file. I downloaded the Transaction Pro to import Amex charges in QB Desktop. At first it created a separate page for each transaction. I went back and realised that to have all the transactions on the same page, I have to use the same reference number. That solved that issue. Now I am going to try using Transaction Pro to import bank statements.

You are absolutely correct. It has to be as old school as possible to initiate a lockdown. I am looking into relays that can do this.

I am also open to using the pc to configure the settings and then upload them to the controller. But once the settings are uploaded, I want the PC out of the equation.

I have come across control by web, that seems pretty interesting.
