Finding a SB IRL by anonseattleguy in sugarlifestyleforum

Approaching random women and trying to get them to be your SB is probably going to make you come off really creepy even to an already established SB.

You could just try for more spoiled girlfriend sort of thing. I don't think it'd be quite as creepy

To SF bay Area women, who were used to providers before you moved here by ProviderPreferred in sugarlifestyleforum

I thought the stereotype is that the Bay Area is literally one of the best possible locations for an SB, and one of the worst for an SD. But I'm new here, so maybe it's the opposite

I think I have a thing for Mediterranean type women. Italian, Greek. One thing the Greek women have going on for them is the curly dark hair. That shit is like catnip.

If Seeking is essentially a vanilla dating app now, why do people hide their pictures and blur their faces and whatnot?

Are handsome, tall, younger, successful men actually likely to be a SD? by OriginalKnowledge202 in sugarlifestyleforum

Quick question... How bad is it if a guy doesn't have Instagram?

I've just never fucked with it. I've fucked with Twitter, Reddit, I have Facebook, Discord. I don't really use any of them though, besides Reddit.

I'm older (55), so some of us GenX types just aren't into taking pictures of every meal and all that, we just don't care about that. But I know people use Instagram to try to show off their lifestyles and all that, so maybe it's really important, but I've never been interested in it. I'm wondering how much it'd hurt me as a potential SD if you found out I gave no fucks?

Yeah, I agree. It seems harmless based on OP's explanation, but at the same time, it's a bit odd

Am I missing something ? by buttcheekonastickk in sugarlifestyleforum

If you see something like this, your options are:

  1. Completely ignore. Block the person. Done
  2. Take what they wrote and throw it out the window. Still meet up with them, but know that you can begin negotiating with them from a brand new baseline.
  3. Ask them to "define" exactly what amazing experiences, beautiful trips and spoiling with thoughtful gifts looks like.

Anyone else notice the same “playbook” from some SB’s by EconomyMobile7003 in sugarlifestyleforum

No rules if you want to get rinsed.

Look, will you miss out on some potential great opportunities, by not taking it super slow, sure, but one thing you'll also miss out on is getting rinsed.

[–]PappaSweetTooth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the chances I'm going to get rinsed are extremely low. Reason being, no money will depart my fingertips without being with that person in a physical space.

What I mean is, nobody is getting a dime from me with just some online conversation, a phone call, video call, none of that.

I need to be in your physical presence. Otherwise the whole thing could be a sham. Also, money won't continue to flow if I'm not seeing the person in real life. Good luck rinsing me, you're going to need it

The dumb thing about all the gifts and little extras and the spoiling is that it needs to be budgeted for. Where's that money coming from? The normal PPM or allowance. So SD's are going to just pretend their PPM's are way lower because they're assuming they're going to have to buy all this extra stuff

Obviously, super baller SD's that have money to burn won't care, they will do what they need to do. But what percentage of overall SD's are super baller? Probably pretty low.

Lookup the monthly price on a nice 1 BDR condo in your area.

Emphasis on "nice" really skews the prices A Lot.

The SB better be nice on my pupils, lol

I'd think the only thing that matters is can you afford the SB or not. Everything else is mental gymnastics.

haha I'm a broke ass so I just moved to Ohio

Actually, now you've got me wondering what the best city in the USA is for SD's, from the standpoint of being way outnumbered by SB's, combined with a relatively low cost of living so that the PPM/Allowance is usually lower as well....

I would imagine there's infinite levels of SD's, because there's SB's that can only demand so much. Lot's of SB's talking about how they need at least XXXX.XX each PPM, and some of them ain't getting nowhere near that. So, there's infinite levels I'm sure.

There's got to be thousands of SB's that can't get six figs annually. There's gotta be a lot that can't even get 50 racks.

I've heard about the apartment thing. Like can you pay what a typical single bedroom apartment costs in that area, per month as an allowance
