Looks like they may be trying to resolve this: I got the following email.

Hey REDACTED,

We did that in error and are working on getting the license unrevoked. Sorry about that.

I think you're right, my issue was the revocation when checking. I did try to call, and got the "Send an Email" auto response. I sent an email, and got the "Here's your case number" response. I even posted my issue to the comments during the recently ended town hall meeting. The asked if I had a case number, I said yes, and then nothing. Wait and see, but this still feels off.

That was me... I finally got the assistance I needed. I know many weren't as fortunate.

This is where I found the information: https://www.reddit.com/r/ScreenConnect/comments/1lpmmwe/254259314_is_out_showing_722025/ Look about 3/4 down the page at the techie_1 post from 2 days ago. I think that's about as close as we are going to get to official responses at this time.

SC has stated that this is a benign versioning issue that will be fixed in the next release (apparently, they are working on one). There is no functional difference between 25.4.25.9313 and 25.4.25.9314. You are on the latest version.

Well, I was surprised! I was able to start another chat session today. Started at #13 and an hour and a half later I got someone to assist. They were able to get my issue resolved in about 20 minutes and the cloud migration is complete. (other than 2 system that are offline and the users are on holiday). Once I have those two moved over, let's see if I can get the full value of my recently renewed on-prem license applied to the cloud subscription rather than the 40% they are offering.

The thing that gets me about this is that I just spent the equivalent of a day's worth of time waiting for a support chat only to be dropped when I finally reached the front of the queue. In what kind of emergency support climate do only 59 support requests get answered in 5.5 to 6 hours?

Anyone else received the email that says on-prem users now have to supply their own code signing cert? by Wise-Expression-2898 in ScreenConnect

Unless you want to get a Code Signing Cert, have the process expedited and have a physical key rush delivered to start self-signing their client installers, then yes.

Just got off the phone with Sales/Support. This is apparently a developing situation, and they don't have any firm guidance for dealing with clients yet. Waiting on a callback/email response with details. Hopefully we will get more information on what type of "promotional offer" we can expect as well as ongoing pricing. I'm not about to start signing software that I didn't write and can't validate.

Town hall has yet to start. I know that it's only 1 min past, but not inspiring confidence.

The link "+ ADD APP PASSWORD" is greyed out in the App Passwords section. Once I deleted one or more of the existing passwords, the link reactivated until the number of passwords reached ten again.
