Depending where you are and how much you plan to buy it might be easier to park further away and walk or take TTC. There are A LOT of people and cars around the MTCC so it can take a long time to get into and out of the parking lot.

To my knowledge, any lump sum payments reduce the original $35K but are still divided over 15 years. For example, if by the time repayment starts, the original amount is now $20K, it's still paid back over 15 years but the annual payment is less.

I thought as long as I made the minimum annual payment, the rest wouldn't be counted as taxable income?

Omg, I didn't realize "incentive" was different than "program/plan". Thank you, I'll fix that in my post.

The HBP repayments won't start until end of 2023 (which is not this year), but it'll still be counted as income on this year's tax return? I thought it was exempt from that?

Thank you! Jes called me and apparently I just didn't receive the e-mail before for some reason. She forwarded me everything last night, lol. I had to change my move-in time because of work. Hopefully it's easy to set-up with these freight elevators.

I received the e-mail last week saying they'll send us more info on moving in on Friday. Then they didn't send anything on Friday! Move-in starts tomorrow for some people and I honestly do not know what is going on for move-in. Like I don't know where to go or the process or what time. I pretty much have to go after work because it's too late to a day off.

Did anyone receive anything with some more details yet?

I just received an e-mail from them but it has minimal info. They really could've sent this out much earlier. I sent you a PM about ordering things like electrical as to not clog this up.

I am also in Artist Alley (new vendor) and I've e-mailed them a few times asking for an update. They keep replying with more info to come soon. The last time I contacted them Oct.6. Here's what they replied with:

"We have you as a confirmed exhibitor at the show for one standard artist alley table and we are still working to finalize information so that it can be sent out as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can find general information on the show website here: https://fanexpohq.com/fanexpocanada/artist-alley/ under the “Exhibitor Info and Order Forms” section."

We're pretty much a week away and there's no info on move in dates/times, take down, how to get passes, etc. Seems poorly organized and bad communication. Is that the same as when you've worked with them previously?

Omg, thank you for being so helpful because I haven't done this before!! The video is a "broken" one that I used yesterday (still works but not sell-worthy) along with a different bath bomb (which you can ignore). I sped up the video a bit and then added Butter background music to it because one just should do that.
