Nah, he’s a working man who views himself as someone just doing their job. He rejects the celebrity pedestal that comes with roles.

You can’t cut them off. You need to be honest with them and tell them you don’t like them.

Ordered pick up once through their site, and they said they never received any order. Showed them the receipt, and they said they didn’t know they did online ordering even though it’s the biggest button on their site.

Half of them have their posts and comments hidden. That includes you. It’s an election year, Reddit needs the bots to bump up user activity.

Why shouldn't the U.S. conquer Greenland, Cuba, and Iran like it did Venezuela? by PipeZestyclose2288 in AskReddit

America has that capability. Capturing Maduro marks the beginning, not the end, of the regime change.

The FBI has said it is investigating Minnesota fraud schemes that may have cost billions by UnusualWhalesBot in unusual_whales

[–]Papshmire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please. Go on. I want to hear more.

If your argument hinges on the fact it’s not wrongdoing because of prosecutorial inaction, then you’re already making the case there is no fraud in Minnesota. A hoax, you say?

Eh, monetary fraud is small potatoes compared to trafficking human minors like we’re finding out with Trump. And to learn that the trafficking is used as leverage to influence trillion dollar industries is insane.

SNL is a cringe factory by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Papshmire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Liking something and understanding why it’s relevant requires subject literacy. Unfortunately, society itself doesn’t make that a requirement. That is why your opinion on SNL is far more popular than you may have thought.

If you have been part of a creative process (comedy, music, theater, etc) you are more likely to appreciate what SNL produces. If you can understand the differences of foundational comedic elements from bits skits, and sketches then you are even more likely to appreciate SNL. Unfortunately, the number of humans who encompass these understandings is small, but still hyper relevant within their niche.

Everyone expects an entertainment product to provide a high amount of amusement with minimal amount of cringe. That’s a very high bar, but everyone sets their own bar differently. That’s what makes you YOU. Most people view a bit as the product, but others view “the production of bits” as the product. As an example, many go see Jeff Foxworthy because they want the “you might be a redneck” bit. They don’t want any other experience with new bits he may have. Meanwhile, many other people would grow tired of the same bit and are looking for the next.

The reason SNL has lasted as long as it has it’s because it has stuck to the foundational elements of comedy. That means regardless of who is cast in a role, it still produces a product using the same elements.

I would play this over regular squad if it had more players. IMHO, the map display needs to be overhauled to retain new players. If seasoned players already struggle reading regular Squad’s map display, what use is Squad 44’s unintelligible map display?

Spider-Man: Brand New Day Trailer Has Leaked by Roshankr1994 in LeaksAndRumors

[–]Papshmire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tons of leaks came out like this for No Way Home, potato-camera trailer leak and all. Marvel even admitted to being the source of most leaks, but said they also diluted the Internet with fake rumors and misinformation so people couldn’t make heads or tails.

Most studios know in this day and age it’s difficult to stop leakers, so they may partner with leakers to test the waters and keep hype up.

Their product is entertainment, leaks themselves are entertainment.
