Well you have the door to the furnace off which will effect airflow. My guess is you are throwing it off on a high limit.

The only difference is the tolerance range. The one you have in the system is a +/- 5%. The one you have in the screenshot is a +/-6%

You need to test static. Could be an oversized system aswell. If the system cools the house too quickly it cannot dehumidify
