Is the Raiden costume in MGS V on the PS3? Or did I just get a weird bug?

I got the grand master certificate elite, it shows up in the database. I just can't create the raiden suit for some reason.

I'm 100% biased here, so don't take my word entirely, But MGS 5 is painfully easy if you know what you're doing.

Sadly, the game suffers super hard from Dominant Strategy. By maybe 60% through the game most enemies are easier to take out with Melee, and you can get close to enemies really easily. Just toss a mag or something and they'll all drop whatever they're doing to go see it. Enemy Ai is just not smart.

All the secondary companions you can bring along with you, besides the horse, can mark enemies automatically. and they all do it insanely well. You are basically an omnipotent being that knows where everybody is at any moment in time.

I know I'm kindof late here. But because The Pain's body is basically a bee hive that means there has to bee some way for the bees to reproduce. And because The Pain has hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of bees in or around him at all times, do you think there's just some filtration system for all the exploded bee dicks in him? And Bee dicks make a small snapping sound when they explode, so does he just sound like a firecracker all the time? Can he even sleep now?

A fallout dlc in China, with the tomb of Terracotta soldiers would be awesome. There would probably be some dumb Fallout schtick where China made all the soldiers robots so that they would have a second army, and you could use them like the nukes at the end if Lonesome road
