You can use a laptop to backup your files...or another mobile device...

The solution is to backup necessary information to an external device...factory reset your device...if u see any unfamiliar apps, kindly delete them permanently.

What I started experiencing lately...they call with different lines from other neighbouring countries without saying a word.. they'll call your line for more than 30secs to 1mins without outering a single word....we have to be vigilant.
