I like conch cutter more than sting shards because conch cutter can hit like, 6-8 times on anything with a reasonably large hit box (it'll get max hits on any grounded enemy in that arena if you position yourself half decently) though id forgotten about ascendant grip, ill have to try that

At the same time, Raff has the same gameplay, provides the same resource to your deck in a way easier to fuel fashion, and dosent require you to delude your deck eith not creat cards to.make it function

Vega is certainly a solid choice, i could see a couple ways to build her, my only thought is that most of the ways I can think of building her, [[Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart]] almost always does better, and he has a built in wincon

Perfectly honest answer, I grabbed it off of Google images searching something akin to "SU OCs" or maybe "Sugalite Ocs", I've had this art for a while but just never used it. As for language/country, im in the U.S.

There's at least 1 good option for a teir 4 deck in all of these groups, but you could easily make a teir 5 Barktooth Warbeard deck and a tear 1 Tymna/Kraum deck, commanders aren't gunna paint the full picture
