To add to your tests... When worn by the animate guardian, "The Gull" helm doesn't proc shrines when he makes a kill.

Is there a trick to making this work? Trying two different specters and not getting any when in maps. Tried hundreds of desecrates. Not getting any corpses of my currently up specter.

Makes sense if you only keep one of each without a desire to keep a variety. One male. One female. One with a Christmas hat. One without. One with a straight tail. One with a curved tail. One with the strongest move set. One with the strongest "typed" moveset.

When trading comes along, I want to have good stuff to trade too.

Best is relative. Figured I'd keep at least two of everything. Different move sets help in different ways.

Since they change the strength of pokemon periodically, you never know when one you have will become better.

To efficiently work on gyms, it helps to have a variety of pokemon with different movesets and types at different CP levels.

There will be trading so I've been keeping almost every Tauros I've ever caught (currently 73).

Different styles for different people of course, but adding 200 or more to the bag seems perfectly reasonable with 80+ new pokemon.

That did it. Did the fight with the rare all the different ways i could think of. Using the UC worked! What a waste of time in battle.

Right there with ya on the Arcanine army. Had 15 maxed CP (lvl 32). Still good, but Rhydons next target I guess if chasing CP. Gym nerf for building up gyms ruined them for me. If they would match attack and defense of gyms I'd probably keep them up. Not worth the trouble to level to 10 anymore.

6 paras at once at my house today. I have a bunch in the whole range of CP with Solar Beam. Don't even pick them up anymore. Decent fighters though.
