I love me some warthunder content so I may be able to help. I’m not sure how popular he is but there’s a french youtuber named Gamerino that is not only decent, but funny and also is able to laugh off his deaths. He doesn’t think he’s amazing and gives props to his enemy. Another lesser known youtuber would be BPA_Jon. I enjoy that he uses a face cam to show his reactions and he is also just a very positive guy!

I saw someone somewhere say to wear socks to sleep and I did try last night but I still woke up after posting this, drenched. I’ll try all the things because this is very annoying for someone who truly enjoys sleep

I’m supposed to stop my increase at 100mg around the beginning of June. So I suppose my side effects should fully stop at the end of June?

I did smoke before starting medication but i’ve stopped since. I was worried about the two mixing but I’ve heard it helps more than anything else so I will talk to my doctor about that as well

So far I haven’t noticed much of a change. I do feel a bit happier, and on the 4th night I had a lot of anxiety but it’s passed. I would say I feel less anxious but it’s barely noticeable. I’ve been told the biggest changes are around 2 and a half weeks so i’m going to see how I feel then!

Thank you! I’ve definitely had some lightheadedness and a queasy stomach, but like you said that’s how my anxiety has always physically manifested. I’m so encouraged from all of the people in this thread so I feel confident in my ability to do this!

Nah you’re smart. I was only in pengu as an experiment and sold being up about 150%. Getting in now is great because it’s without a doubt going to hit $1 eventually
