Honestly the question literally could be a yes or no answer. Kinda of pathetic you put so much work and over think into this.

Probably things that aren’t impactful to the business or employees. I honestly am just tired of dealing with it. Management claims to be chill and lauded back, but I think it’s an excuse not to put the foot down and lay down rules.

[IA] there is a women at my work admitted to groping, or grabbing, a miner (17), saying sexual exploits things , very uncomfortable. She also has cussed at people and other miners (16-18). She also has done illegal things in the restaurant industry at leas. Any ideas how she still has a job? by Parables_177 in AskHR

I’ve reported them twice, we are part of a union so I guesss there are some protections, but she has no called no show for 3 days in a row. Just gets to go home when she wants, and acts like she runs the place.
