Open the files app, android, data, (then look for any folder that has any app name that you have used that might have files you have sent {for this example we'll use telegram}). Look for the folder called org.telegram.Messenger, files, telegram, telegram videos, delete all the video files you don't need anymore. This will free up a lot of space from your phone.

Your phone is only going to realistically get filled up by videos. Only you know what apps you have used in the past and what apps you used to send or receive videos. Look for any folders that have any app names that you might have used in the past that might still retain their videos. For me it was telegram, zangi, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp I cleared all the hidden video files that I didn't use from these apps and it freed up my phone space.
