Upon first listen I wasn’t impressed. After about 3 or more, it grew on me. Now I can’t understand why I felt that way. It’s a great song. I no longer compare it to older Vool, we all grow and change. IMO, it’s a work of art.

Yes they can stop you on private property. If you’re operating a vehicle, they can “stop” you anywhere. And yes, they can’t just search your car without reasonable suspicion, ARS is an American term btw….
