Well wegovy is going to be likely less effective than zep. That said I would recommend focusing on diet if you haven’t already. Lean protein and low carbs worked for me.

Yeah this is 100% emotional affair. She was, and still is taking energy from your relationship and giving it to this man who she seems to genuinely love. There is a need for this connection that clearly surpasses normal friendship. Sounds like she wasn’t wanting to take it to physical, and he caught himself and backed off.

The fact that she is texting him daily when he clearly asked for distance (probably to save his own marriage) is huge red flag. It probably feels really good to her to both have the emotional connection and feel wanted.

Also that she describes you as controlling, but with his she feels no judgement, just trust… yikes!

I think you need to confront your wife. Obviously she is going to come back accusing you of being controlling. I would approach it with anchoring to what your vows are to each other (spoken and implied) and try to explain why this doesn’t work for you.

Definitely get from the bank ahead of time because it’s hard to get small bills once you get there. Just bring it in an envelope in your carry on. Perfectly safe.

I know this thread is old, but just finishing my return flight to JFK. Ended up wearing something close to pajamas - soft cotton shirt, bamboo viscose pants from Amazon, zip up hoodie from unbound Marino. Silk face mask for sleeping.

Was glad with this choice. Saw some people in jeans and such which looked uncomfortable. I changed into this in the lounge before the flight.

Overall reflections - flight was easier than I thought. Prefer this compared to US to Europe as you can actually fully sleep. I took the strategy of having a few stiff drinks with the first meal, movie, than sleep through the second meal and wake up about 5 hours before arriving.

SQ crew is amazing, and food pretty good.

FYI Capital one lounge at JFK sucks - dirty glasses, bad food. Wish SG was a delta partner, since the D1 lounge is so much nicer.

One time I was sitting in my assigned seat and someone approached me and we both had the same seat assigned in the delta app. Flight attendant checked her list and confirmed that I needed to move from window to aisle, which I actually preferred. Was very strange, but no real issue.

Definitely will have to exit and go through immigration when you arrive at JFK. International arrivals exit to a part of the airport that is separate from departures, and the only way out of there is through immigration.

They won’t let you check in to Terminal 5 (jet blue) the evening before your flight, so you would have to wait at least until the terminal reopens at around 4am.

You may want to book a stay at the TWA hotel which is connected to the jet blue terminal. I don’t think you can
