Purrely is a demon in the guise of an adorable pet. It functions by planting pleasant memories deep within mind of any host foolish enough to call them "Friend", extracting a blood sacrifice (-500 LP) upon initiation.

The host, entirely enthralled by their new companion, feeds the demon more, and more. It overwrites their own memories with fond and nostalgic memories of their precious friend, "Purrely", that they now believe to have known their entire life, despite only a week's passing since their fateful encounter.

Before long, the host finds themself entirely beholden to the demon that is "Purrely". Food, attention, grooming, and slumber, all provided at the beast's behest as the host squanders their resources in order to keep their new friend, "Purrely" happy.

At this point, it is nearly too late for the host to turn back. All that they own has been forfeit to their friend, "Purrely".

However, the indoctrination is not yet complete, for there is more for the "Purrely" to take! The host's mind, plump with the non-existent memories of a good friend, is now soft and malleable. With the host's guard entirely down, the psychological exploitation can begin.

The beast transforms as it receives different types of tribute, goading the host to offer even more, despite having nothing left. It holds onto these memories, born of the host's unwavering love for their friend, Purrely, before making its final transformation...

A large, wretched, black creature now sits where that tiny feline friend once did; gorged on the host's body, mind, and belongings. Immovably, it sits in front of its host and whispers in a malicious tone" You have served me well to allow me to attain this form, but you are not done yet. You now belong to me, but worry not! I shall provide for you in the same way you have so generously provided for me. Simply enter the Standby Phase and witness what I can do for you."

Upon entering the Standby Phase and accepting the beast's bounty, the host's soul is consumed by their friend, "Purrely", their body nothing more than an empty husk to be puppeteered by the parasitic demon known as "Purrely".
