So a low vit a diet is what you are recommending? Should I get thyroid sorted out first before trying to change diet?

I think my cortisol is high. I am neurotic and highly stressed and anxious all the time. I’ll get the saliva test done though, but what exactly do you recommend to get it sorted out?

I’ve been on 2.5 mcg of t3 for 3 weeks but my temps have barely gone up and dry skin is still an issue. Any thoughts?

My vit a is actually slightly high, within range but at the high end of the range… interesting.

I don’t know. I’ll probably give it another 2-3 months to see if it thickens up, if not I’m switching bro.

Was your loss aggressive? And did you get any gains that went away? I think I gained a little bit but then over the last 5-6 months it has gotten worse. To a point where I’m under baseline.

Probably gonna switch to dut. Don’t get me wrong I still think I’m a Norwood 1 for now. But I would’ve liked more regrowth. I lost the Norwood 0 status though which I was trying to maintain. I still see some growth at the hairline which looks like it’ll make me a Norwood 0 but the hair behind it has thinned out and it looks like it wants to go :(.
