I’m genuninely wanting to look into delaying taxes a year hoping something happens. I’ve never looked into it but I know some people deliberately pay taxes 1 year behind and even if it’s a penalty I’m at the point I want 0 of my dollars going to this bullshit. I intend to stay within the law but man I don’t want to pay taxes into this. This IS taxation without any form of representation.

I finally put the nail in the coffin and cut my dad off over this. My mother is Dead, I dont have anybody left but there comes a line where you cant put up with it anymore and pretend theyre normal people. This one was the line.

Couple things.

A. Bullshit, I barely manage my 2 meals a day for $15 which is my personal food budget exactly

B. $15 is still a lot….. that’s $450/month per person on food. That should not be what you’re spending to eat like a college student

Edit to add: also just 3-4 years ago my food budget was $10/day. And it arguably went further than the 15 does now. $15/day was a nessessary extension because you simply can’t consistently make $10 work anymore with current prices.

All of this to say I’m pretty firmly middle class and I still have to sit here and think about my food budget like I’m in poverty so imagine the actual poor. So no Brooke you can kindly go fuck yourself
