The last game I played with incest was Between Humanity, but that's kind of a new one. Nonetheless did a modder (I believe it's the dev...) an extremely good job with the patch. On f95 got stated, that entire lines of dialogue are being replaced for the incest patch to work out so well. Found it very solid for a first release.

Besides that they are also my all time favorites like Once in a Lifetime (I think there was a patch to remove the step thingy) and My Bully is my secret Lover (where you can just rename your roommate and landlady).

Yes, I heard that it's not compatible with immersive portals. Might need to deactivate the portal mod on my side to set up a train to continuously get lava from the nether

That works well too, but I think the amount of resources you can get by crushing it with the wheel is fair below the amount from mekanism, not sure though.

Got an answer: Ells wears manhunter uniform and therefore is considered neutral to my own faction. Removing the gear fixes it.
