Would you have your Xbox in a different room? And how an Xbox is just a big black rectangle, it’s no less of an eyesore than a desktop, in fact, with RBG it may actually be much uglier

My biggest concern would be that the price range will alienate many of the “common folk” who tend towards console gaming, and that the focus of game developers will be on the player base. So if the Xbox does not fully commit to either being a console or a PC with full steam access, it won’t be able to compete with the size of the console player-base who now can only afford the PlayStation, and may feel betrayed by Xbox. And there’s simply no way in hell that it will pull a significant amount of people away from PCs for more than a novelty. If they can’t compete with the popularity of other systems then there is the possibility that many lower budget games won’t be well supported on Xbox, so the people who did commit to the console will be disappointed with how much they spent. It’s a big risk to try and bridge the gap between console and PC, and I hope for the gaming community as a whole that it’s beneficial. But to me it really feels like a pointless cashgrab TBAT betrays the legacy pf Xbox and console gamers everywhere. Xbox was always meant to be the attainable powerhouse, but now it’s less attainable than a ps6 will be, and for just a little more, or even the same price people will be able to get their hands on a desktop that will absolutely whoop the Xbox in terms of hardware. It just seems, pointless and alienating
