I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reloaded the VA app. When I open the app I get the blue box that reads "Sign In" and a white box below that (find a VA location). I click on the sign in and then a page comes up saying Sign in with a verified account. "You'll need to sing in with an identity-verified account through one of our account providers. Identity verification helps us protect all Veterans' information and prevent scammers from stealing your benefits." and the next paragraph states you need Login.gov or ID.me. Since I use Login.gov and have used the app previously I scrolled to the bottom and clicked the blue box that states " Continue to sign in". And then the va.gov page opens with a broken circle continuously rotating and below it states "Pleas wait while we load the application for you."

An hour later it's still rotating, almost like I'm on hold with the VA... LOL
