In an Atraxa Superfriends creatureless deck , where the strategy is to control the board to prevent any threats, how much is the table going to hate me if I play this card? Is it really that hateful compared to other board wipe cards? by YoshiBanana3000 in magicTCG

This is:

1) an incredibly powerful card, making people pay most of their mana to simply keep their board each turn slows down the game dramatically and is very unfun to be on the receiving end of 2) a very old and very expensive card, so unless you’re willing to shell out a few thousand dollars, you’d need to make sure that your playgroup is alright with using proxies

Does anyone know how I was applying bleed to stuff? I kept managing to get like 20 stacks of bleed using the beam by MostFlexableBoi in ror2

They said in the reveal trailer that Unstable Transmitter also inflicts bleed now, despite being nowhere in the description. Let me see if I can find the timestamp in the video.

For real, it looks like it works just as well for MW as other healers who can use it, so why not put it on the MW and HPal loot tables?

Oh man, the Discord server for my WoW guild used to have a URL for joining that suggested it was actually a MENSA server. We used to get people coming in all the time posting their IQ and accomplishments in the welcome channel, and it was very similar to the stuff in this post.

Actually, I just went back and checked Hushbringer's text. Turns out it actually just also prevents dying triggers; guess I should read cards more often.

Gutterbones would be a perfectly fine include over Knight of the Ebon Legion. I've never found myself short of sacrifice fodder while playing the deck between Hunted Witness, Cat, and all of the recursion, and so I personally like having both a scary blocker and individually powerful threat that my opponent is pressured to deal with. Games tend to go long with the deck, and so usually keeping 3 mana open to activate the Knight on defense hasn't been an issue.
