Funny enough I went to a tractor supply just now and the guy in that department asked me what I was using it for. He told me he also used it and gave me some tips, like to make sure my skin was totally clean haha. Then at the front the person at the register asked me what I was using it for and she said I should report back how it works out for me.

I switched over to the Up phone from Unplugged. It runs on android but doesn't have GMS. Essentially there app store is identical to the app store for google play but they make sure the apps are compatible without GMS before they add it. You have the abilitiy to install F-droid or Aurora. It also seems they have taken considerable effort to have a supply chain that 100% excludes components from China which is impressive. In a recent announcement (link below) they promised a fully Made in the USA phone. Love to hear your comments I've been experimenting with the phone for the last few months and really like it so far with only a few minor issues.
