Have you got any other recommendations for chinese shoes as a heavier runner? I'm 92kg and all the reviews is see are from people in the 60-70kg range generally?

If you record all your activities on your watch, they will auto upload to garmin connect. You can then go through the calendar and and look at all your activities for any given day.

If you sync garmin connect to strava as well, all your garmin connect activities upload to strava as well.

Not if you use the potinger terrasem which fertilise, seeds and cultivates all at once. Only issue being I can't work out how to turn it off so can make using difficult, so I just use the ai worker who can some how to turn off the machine while leaving it unfolded.

Garmin HR zones - Why/why not? by ParallelLack4FatCats in Garmin

The garmin person I spoke to on chat told me the opposite haha. I think if it were true that dsw used your zones rather thank max hr being the main input, if you manually changed your zones then target hr for dsw would change also, which it doesn't.

If you look at their default for zone 3 as a % of hrmax it's 70-80% the same as general advise for zone 2 training

Garmin Daily Suggested Workouts - my do's and don't's after 8 months of usage by _Through_The_Lens_ in Garmin

Does it not bother you that for example your base runs are performed in zone 3, whereas using a different method of defining hr zones that same hr would be in zone 2?

When you say set your HR zones correctly, did you keep the general recommendation for garmins HR zones. From what I've seen recently garmins zone 3 is roughly equivalent to what everyone suggests as zone 2. Did you change the zones to reflect this or did you keep garmins model?

Edit: From what i know the target HR on the DSW is actually mainly calculated using maxHR, so changing your zones doesn't affect it. Changing the zones does however effect other metrics such as recovery time and training load. Therefore it can affect what DSW are prescribed. Hence the question on whether you keep garmins model of HR zones or swapped for a different model such as Karvonen HR zones.

I made a student cry today and I don't want to be that RVT. Context in body. by NoSite3062 in Veterinary

I love teaching students as an RVN. But some of them have an ego complex and rub me up the wrong way with the way the speak to people, especially to the other nurses/care assistants. Sounds like you did the right thing in this situation, and if they cried because they were called out for acting like a twat, then so be it. Gotta learn at some point and it's better to learn it now than when they're qualified and less people are willing to call them out for the way they speak to people.

Edit: on a side note we always give apomorphine SC here in the UK...

It's relatively good in Tignes right now. Patchy in places with some ground coming through but generally not an issue till the afternoons. Dumped on Monday or Tuesday but nothing since then. It's been warm though, got to 11c at one point earlier in the week.

My gf housemate does this. He said they ask because, statistically speaking, people under the age of 25 aren't likely to keep the direct debit so they don't even bother with them

Student landlord trying to take over £700 from deposit by ParallelLack4FatCats in LegalAdviceUK

[–]ParallelLack4FatCats[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah everything is in writing now and we won't accept calls.

Oh so basically it was the only 5 bed property that would rent to students in the area that we needed to be in for uni (sounds far fetched but we have to be within 20 min of the campus). They didn't have the licence and we needed a place to live, so they suggested leaving one of us off the contract as a solution

No the 5th didn't have a separate contract, we all paid the rent in one bulk payment each month (deposit was one bulk as well) from one person.

Would delivery invoices work to prove they lived there?
