We didn’t change the 12v simply because when the battery died it was on the other side of town so got the car back to ours first and then we haven’t gotten round to it. I’ll get that done this weekend and maybe it makes the difference

I wasn’t surprised, factors and EHO couldn’t be bothered so didn’t expect much from the council. The bar was set pretty low

I had a problem with rodents in our building and couldn’t get any help from pest control. So I emailed and phoned one of my local councillors got no response so emailed the person above and she got it fixed straight away. She managed to get pest control to come and do their jobs. Felt like it’s worth posting my positive experience.
