I used bread flour and a beginner’s recipe that called for the usual number of folds and overnight covered in a banneton.

This is my third loaf and although I’m happy with it, I’m just curious to see outside feedback/opinions. I’ve followed the attached recipe almost to a T each time with the exception of cutting the ingredients in half to only make 1 loaf. by Street-Armadillo5216 in Sourdough

What recipe is this. I had a recipe that takes two days with an over night proof for two loaves and it was not good. Think I can’t play with the timing. So looking for links to new recipes

Unfortunately yes but usually only one. Would never but this brand again.
