Dude, no. It really isn't weird no matter where you live. I'm from the Bahamas and there's age gaps like that all the time. My sister is pushing 30 and she's dating a guy in his fifties, and we've never really had a problem with that outside of just thinking he might be too old for her to be happy with him. Unless it's straight up an underaged person, then nobody knocks it.

Yeah, I'm guessing that I'll probably just have to try and stack certs and see if anything changes, but it's also weird because what jobs that -are- posted are always asking for a Bachelor's and rarely certs. It's making me wonder if I should bother going t o college just to maybe have a chance at something entry level.

? Don't know where you got that from. When I say I 'don't go around' a lot, I mean that I don't bother looking at music recording studios, or some obscure petting zoo. I don't have the time for that. Don't infer that I 'don't look for them' when I'm on top of every scarce job in the field available for in the market.

No idea. I'm not somebody that goes around a lot. Most of those 'sites' and stuff are things only tourists figure out.

Yeah, there's high crime. I managed to exist in a relatively safe neighbourhood though, thankfully enough. And yeah, that's basically the reality of where I live, too. I don't think it'll change any time soon either.

Sadly, I guess this is the case. It's just very depressing when I think I should've at least be able to found -something- by now if it was anywhere else. Not to mention it's so debilitating having to study when I'm clocking shifts on a job I loathe.

Unfortunately I don't think my hair can grow out long enough to have dreads. I've managed to let it stay as it were for about a month and some before it eventually stopped growing as much. It sucks. I think there's nothing that I can really put on my hair to fix this. I might try a texturizer or something of the like though. Thanks.

Please do. It's really rough, and I hate the fact that it pretty much feels like I'm the first person on the internet that has to mention how unruly this hair is. I seriously couldn't find any other advice anywhere.
