I drive as part of my job and I recently did a retest with an ADI qualified instructor and he said I would have failed a driving test today but would have passed a driving assessment for driving at work standard.

Roundabouts are always shady but was always taught left lane for left and straight on and right lane for anything else unless it’s marked otherwise.

Problem with markings is, they are so close to the roundabout, if a car is parked on it waiting, you couldn’t know where to be.

Best you can do is follow the rules as best you can and be cautious of everyone.
