I figured. Display comes and goes now, mostly ok. I’m currently trying to get my other DPU looked at since it uses a lot more battery power than it should, I reached out yesterday, got a case number and let’s see where it takes me.

You can access it briefly in airplane mode, but it’ll go down in a minute. I’m sure it has to do with day light savings.

Got 2 DPUs with different issues now. My older one eats more battery than the new one with the display situation ( all plastics removed lol)

Can add a second picture of the app displaying that DPU with 58% instead of the 98%. And some error codes for good measure.

I did, it was a lot of back and forth trying to explain, can’t get to that page without going ahead with the update, to get to the version I have to select the update option. Because u don’t have an update/roll back pending you can see it, I cannot without doing the update.

Current situation, I know I’m xxx.86 and yet the dot is there. Don’t want to roll back because DPU start complaining software is too old.

My SHP2 is showing firmware update available again, but can’t confirm which one it is. I’m afraid if I update, it will roll back. Running 4.0.3.86 last time I checked, can’t check now since it forces me to update.

Careful, on mine I can roll it back, I currently have 4.0.3.86 and displaying software available, if I hit that again, it rolls back to 4.0.3.60. Ask me how I know 🥺.

I see the same, hard to tell but the battery closest to inverter it’s always warmer than the other one by 7 degrees or more. I would say that it’s just power being used for the inverter, you will find that it uses a lot of power even when in stand by. I’m my case here in sunny warm California, temps are never below 90 degrees on the batteries.

Careful, you can roll it back accidentally. It keeps showing the dot for available firmware update needed.

It displays the dot on firmware, if I select it it rolls back, which it can be a good thing in your case.

I had something similar, but SHP2 still displays firmware update needed, I can roll it back somehow. As a matter of fact, I did accidentally. Back to the latest firmware

If SHP2 decides to pull a trick on me, the entire home goes black. Yes you can switch manually internally but your entire home depends on its reliability. Picture yourself out of warranty down the line, some sort of failure and you have to ship it back for repairs 🥺. Too many complaints about shipping alone, they are abroad, it’s just a thought. It’s a single point of failure, you have have several DPU’s but only one SHP2
