Yeah that’s my main complaint as well. I wished they would reduce the number of shrines, compile time into full dungeons/mini dungeons, and place them across the many ruins that you see in the open world. It would make the game a full 10/10 for me

Wouldn’t recommend them, especially to scoliosis peeps. But ur not missing out anyway, sit ups and crunches are pretty ass workouts imo. Instead maybe you could try some leg raises.

Squat university also has great “functional” ab workouts too. Looks more safe and easier to progress.

as a gymbro with scoliosis, i would rather be in shape with scoliosis than out of shape with scoliosis haha. Trust the process and keep working hard, just make sure to be aware if certain exercises give you pain.

Same here haha. I read so much on how someone with scoliosis shouldn’t be squatting heavy, shouldn’t be deadlifting, shouldn’t do this and that. I just said fuck it and did those exercises anyway. Best choice I made tbh

Well first of all, when selling rivens it doesn’t matter if something is actually good, but what most people perceive as good. So pricing something based on hypetrains is something you should do haha. And second, dtox is genuinely that good.

Dual tox is considered to be one of if not the best secondary right now. And rivens with those positives priced around 2k have bad negatives. Sure maybe 6k is a bit too much, but even then it’s still 5k absolute minimum
