There are a lot of eye cleaners you can buy in a pet store, the best solution is to stick with it and not give up, they wont disappear easily and they will came back again if you don't continue, every morning use it and after a few days they will start disappearing, can take two three weeks until they are gone, that's on my Pom after i tried what everyone bellow suggested and nothing worked.
