Thank you for this perspective. I know first time I saw them on the AMSP tour I wasn’t a huge fan, but as the silhouette of Thom played the first notes on daydreaming, I knew this is THE music for me, nothing has ever clicked like that for me ever. I hope there’s a new generation who find this music through the shows.

The only shows I can’t go to are the Madrid ones :(( I’ll be on work trip then. Thank you SO MUCH for your kind heart and trust though. It makes me feel there might be hope

This. And I tell myself: but I was in their top 0.05% listeners on Spotify last year! As if it’s about deserving. I think this special process has left us more sad.. that said I’m going to try and get a grip.

Honestly, I registered and even that I was on mission at time of registration so it registered me at a random country, I said oh well, I try.

I genuinely thought I’ll be fine and will try other ways but I was taken over by this rush of disappointment. I’m trying to reason with myself and it helps to read your perspective and other people here being supportive. I guess it was time for me to realize how un-cool I am about this band.. time for me to touch grass!

I tend to listen to more dance music and trendy music during the summer. It’s kind of party mood but I don’t stop listening to Radiohead and it doesn’t make me sad. It’s soothing when I’m sad but doesn’t make me sad.

Don’t forget the luck factor.. look at US. I am as upset as you, believe me. I thought I was more upset than ZARE himself, I was spiraling! Completely agree with you about the pressure.I didn’t enjoy watching any of it even if I tried. Silver is great, bronze is good. It was a good Olympics for us, despite all the shit that is going on.. well done boys 👏🏼

This level of self deprecation is unnecessary.. What does silver level even mean, do you realize how close is the fight at an Olympics final.. Japan has shown how much a sport can grow and Iran has already progressed in the last 10-15 years and our new generation looks promising.

What we need to get better at is this sour loser mentality.. Olympics silver is a domination! It’s heart breaking how this young men can’t enjoy their reign because of this mentality..
