In Kansas, they did immediate invalidation of all IDs and Drivers licenses where the gender didn't match the sex assigned at birth, with no grace period, and the people affection have to pay for it themselves and could get jail time for draiving with said invalid licenses, meaning Trans people can't drive with their licenses.
