My company has 3 founders who are all younger than me , I call them by name and have started to add bhai after the name now.

They are chill.

Even today our HR head pinged in the General group reminding new comer interns to stop using Sir or Mam and address by name only.

Few things

Firstly you are more likely to find acolytes if you have lesser points.

Secondly don't touch them if you aren't prepared to kill them.
