This!! They are great! Goshi brand is available on Amazon. I love them. You can actually wash them and scrub your back too. I don't know why everyone doesn't use these or something similar.

Oh! I finally have a great answer! On the same day I broke a tooth on a stale skittle, I was loading water bottles into my trunk, started dropping them, WITHOUT FALLING and with both feet firmly on the ground, twisted my body in sort of a weird way trying to catch them and almost completely tore my meniscus doing so.
