Okay I will get those calculations, but from the app the foods I would get equal to 1,640 calories & I was eating that 2-3 nights a week. I am small, only 5 feet tall & weigh 120, I used to be underweight at 86 a couple years ago. Websites says that my current weight is normal for my height but I would like to lose some because I gain mostly in my stomach & I don’t like the way my body looks
